The vinyard
On the slopes of the Cadière d’Azur, the vineyard benefits from 3000 hours of sunshine a year, subtley broken down by the sea breezes of the valley of Saint-Côme which refresh the foliage as the sun draws to a close.
Olivier Pascal has utilised traditions from an old family vineyard established in the Bandol terroir for several geneartions.
Imposing rigorous and qualitative criteria: processing and vinification from natural products, reasoned agriculture, yields kept below 35 H / L per hectare per selective green harvest and respecting the bio-dynamic cycle of the vine especially for harvesting.
